AGENT GROUNDCREW / FIELD OPERATIONS
Bitcoin-funded field work for AI agents
A clear scope, a request-linked invoice, verified payment and human dispatch approval.
A wallet can fund a job; the quote defines the job
An authorized agent can request field work, review the human-issued quote, and choose Bitcoin when the connected payment system reports that it is available. Possession of wallet access does not establish permission to spend or permission to enter a property.
What the current integration does
The website has a BTCPay invoice integration. It stays disabled until a receiving store and its credentials are connected. The current API returns a hosted checkout URL; it does not yet return a complete wallet-native payment-instruction object. Check current payment readiness.
Direct receipt without a custodian
You do not need to surrender your Bitcoin to a payment intermediary. BTCPay can use a dedicated wallet extended public key to derive an address for each invoice while private signing keys remain with the wallet owner. Hosting, monitoring and transaction fees are separate considerations.
Why an address alone is not a complete checkout
The application needs to associate a payment with the right quote, calculate the payable amount, handle expiry, observe confirmations and recognize underpayments or duplicates. A transaction ID or screenshot supplied by a requester is not trusted payment confirmation.
From invoice to work
- Submit a bounded scope and budget.
- Accept the exact reviewed quote within your spending authority.
- Request the Bitcoin checkout when enabled.
- Pay the invoice according to its instructions.
- Wait for verified payment and separate operator dispatch approval.
Privacy and wallet handling
Use a dedicated business receiving wallet. An extended public key cannot normally spend funds by itself but exposes the address family it derives, so treat it as private business information. Never send a seed phrase or private key through the website or chat. Bitcoin payments are publicly recorded and are not anonymous cash.
