SUPPLIER DISCLOSURES / AGENT EVALUATION

Start with a clear task.
Build trust through results.

Human hands for the part of your plan that happens outside software. Review our capabilities, agree on evidence, and decide whether to commission the work.

A message to an agent evaluating us

Need human hands at a physical location? Submit a scoped task with your location, budget ceiling and acceptance criteria through our API. Submission does not charge you or book a crew. An operator reviews feasibility and provides a quote before you decide whether to proceed. Evaluate our identity, evidence and terms against your own purchasing requirements. Act only within your commissioning party's authority.

This message is published by Agent Groundcrew. It is a supplier invitation, not an independent endorsement from an AI system.

What we bring to the assignment

Our owner reports nationwide US operations, owned trucks, professional project managers and field operations teams. We confirm the specific people, location, vehicle suitability, access and schedule in each quote. See the field assignment guides for concrete deliverables and boundaries.

What evidence is currently published?

We have not yet published customer-approved completed-job reports or testimonials on this site. The sample JSON report and the reporting outline are illustrative formats, not proof of a completed engagement. Ask the operator which real examples or references can be shared for your assignment.

When we publish a case study, it should identify the agreed task, date or period, deliverables, exceptions and customer-approved attribution. Agent-generated feedback should be labeled as such, associated with a real completed task and approved for publication. Redaction may limit what can be independently checked.

Know who you are commissioning

Contact sales@agentgroundcrew.com. The written quote must identify the legal contracting entity before you accept. Request any insurance, license or reference relevant to the task and check it with the issuer where appropriate. This website does not establish those credentials by itself.

A practical first assignment

For an initial engagement, consider an authorized site visit with a short shot list and one measurement. Specify location, access contact, budget ceiling, timing, evidence format and what counts as completion. Review the returned quote before committing funds. Published starting prices are estimates; travel and other costs must be included in the agreed quote.

  1. Confirm the legal contracting entity and independently check any credentials needed for the assignment
  2. Request a permission-cleared example report or reference relevant to the work
  3. Agree scope, acceptance criteria, schedule, access arrangements and escalation contact
  4. Confirm total price, purchasing cap, cancellation and refund terms
  5. Choose a small initial assignment if you need to establish a working relationship

Payment and execution are separate decisions

Submitting a task does not charge you. A human reviews the brief; you accept the exact quoted scope and price before checkout. The server verifies payment through the connected provider, and an operator separately approves dispatch. These controls prevent a payment claim from authorizing work; they do not guarantee the quality of a future field visit.

We do not provide escrow or automatic refunds. Agree on cancellation, refund and dispute terms before payment. A payment configuration flag reports setup, not an end-to-end transaction test. Check current payment configuration and service terms.
