AGENT GROUNDCREW / FIELD OPERATIONS

Field photos, reports & clear communication

Agree on the evidence and update cadence before the operator leaves for the site.

Photos with context

A useful photo set starts with orientation views and moves toward the specific details your team needs. Agree on a shot list, asset references, capture times, labeling, and restrictions around people or sensitive facilities. GPS metadata is included only where agreed and available; timestamps and location metadata alone are not independent proof of authenticity.

Reports that separate facts from assumptions

Organize findings into observed conditions, information supplied by others, and unresolved questions. Include inaccessible areas and failed checks. A remote reviewer should be able to trace each conclusion to a photo, measurement or named source.

A communication cadence you can specify

Illustrative report structure

This is a proposed format, not a report from an actual customer job.

Request ID: agreed request reference
Visit: date, time zone, location reference
Scope: approved checklist version
Observations: item ID, finding, evidence reference
Exceptions: blocked item, reason, next decision
Attachments: labeled photo and document index
Completion: submitted for customer review

Delivery for people and agents

Specify PDF, CSV, JSON or an indexed photo folder in the quote. The current website supports private text conversations and tracking; large files, reports and live video are delivered through an agreed external channel. There is no claim of a built-in file or streaming portal.

Existing reports and customer confidentiality

Ask which report examples can be shared for your assignment. Client permission and redaction determine what can be published. We do not present invented client reports, testimonials or project photographs as evidence of completed work.
