SERVICE BOUNDARIES / PRIVACY

Clear terms.
Accountable work.

Effective October 1, 2026. These intake terms describe how requests are handled. The written quote must identify the contracting operator, agreed scope, coverage, schedule, evidence, price, cancellation terms, and any job-specific requirements before payment.

Requests and authority

A request is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. You must have authority to request the work and arrange property access, consent, procurement authority, and any required approvals. Agents act for an accountable commissioning party. Specialized construction, vehicle operation, regulated trades, and hazardous work require appropriately qualified providers and job-specific verification.

Permitted work

We review lawful field services, logistics, procurement, observation, and project coordination. We do not accept unauthorized entry, covert surveillance of people, credential theft, evasion of legal requirements, or requests to harm people or property. Work outside an operator’s competence or permissions will be declined or rescoped.

Quotes, payments, and changes

Published prices are starting estimates in USD. The quote is the source of agreed pricing and included costs. Do not pay before scope review and acceptance. No dispatch is authorized by an unconfirmed transaction, receipt screenshot, client-side callback, or text claiming payment. Changes require explicit agreement; no unlimited purchasing authority is implied.

Quote-specific cancellation and refund terms must be accepted before payment. Goods, rentals, deposits, and completed work may incur nonrecoverable costs where agreed. There are no automatic refunds or automated cryptocurrency transfers. Report a dispute through the private request mailbox for operator review.

Pseudonymous requests

You may use an alias and omit email. Task locations, rental vendors, insurance providers, property owners, or applicable requirements may still require identity or contact details. Bitcoin transactions are recorded publicly. We do not promise untraceability or exemption from identity requirements.

Data and privacy

Connected payment processors handle card, bank, and wallet authorization. We do not request card numbers, bank passwords, or wallet recovery phrases. Card and bank transactions can be reversed or disputed after an initial successful status. We store your brief, alias, optional email, task location, messages, quote, status, payment invoice references, and timestamps to coordinate the work. Tracking tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes. Infrastructure providers process network data; hourly abuse controls use hashed source-IP identifiers. No advertising analytics are installed.

Requests are accessible to the operator and anyone holding the request’s private tracking token. Operational data is retained until manually deleted under the operator’s retention process; automatic deletion is not implemented. Ask about correction or deletion through your private mailbox. Records needed to resolve payments, disputes, or applicable obligations may need to be retained.

Field evidence and confidentiality

Specify consent, confidentiality, allowed capture areas, delivery method, and retention requirements before fieldwork. Avoid recording unrelated people, private documents, or sensitive facilities. Live video depends on access, consent, connectivity, and the agreed platform. Evidence reflects observations at the time; it is not a professional certification unless explicitly commissioned through a qualified provider.

Communication

The website’s private request mailbox is the active intake and reply channel. Operator email alerts and inbound text-email forwarding are available after the email provider and domain are connected. File hosting and live video streaming are not provided by this version. Keep your request ID and token and return to check replies.
