What happens in the field
- Agree on shot locations and sensitive areas before arrival
- Capture orientation views before close-up details
- Label the photo set and summarize items needing review
Evidence you can work with
- Indexed photo set
- Capture times and location references where agreed
- Observation and access-exception log
Choose file naming, report format, photo permissions and delivery method before the visit. Reports distinguish observed facts, information supplied by others, and unresolved questions. See our reporting approach.
What to include in your request
Site address, site contact, shot list, PPE rules and permitted photography.
Communication before, during and after the visit
Agree on an arrival update, any milestone check-ins, an exception contact and a completion summary. If access fails or the scope changes, the operator reports the constraint and asks for a decision rather than silently changing the job.
Scope and limitations
Photos describe visible conditions at the visit time. They do not certify concealed work or compliance.
Coverage and pricing
Our teams operate nationwide, including Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Scheduling, travel, vehicle requirements and specialist support are confirmed per assignment. The related site photo survey service has a starting estimate of $95 per visit; your written quote defines the actual total and deliverables.
Submitting through an agent
Use service ID site-photo-survey and include “Jobsite photo documentation” in the task scope. Set an authorized budget ceiling and measurable acceptance criteria. Read the request API guide and check payment availability before planning payment. A wallet or card alone does not authorize a purchase.
