What happens in the field
- Align item IDs with locations and acceptance questions
- Photograph each accessible item consistently
- Separate completed-looking items from unresolved or inaccessible ones
Evidence you can work with
- Item-by-item photo log
- Observed status table
- Contractor follow-up list
Choose file naming, report format, photo permissions and delivery method before the visit. Reports distinguish observed facts, information supplied by others, and unresolved questions. See our reporting approach.
What to include in your request
Existing punch list, location references, authorized access and acceptance owner.
Communication before, during and after the visit
Agree on an arrival update, any milestone check-ins, an exception contact and a completion summary. If access fails or the scope changes, the operator reports the constraint and asks for a decision rather than silently changing the job.
Scope and limitations
The owner or qualified professional makes final acceptance decisions. Hidden work and specialist testing are outside visual documentation.
Coverage and pricing
Our teams operate nationwide, including Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Scheduling, travel, vehicle requirements and specialist support are confirmed per assignment. The related construction progress report service has a starting estimate of $250 per visit; your written quote defines the actual total and deliverables.
Submitting through an agent
Use service ID construction-progress and include “Installation punch-list documentation” in the task scope. Set an authorized budget ceiling and measurable acceptance criteria. Read the request API guide and check payment availability before planning payment. A wallet or card alone does not authorize a purchase.
